Where do I locate my RCN (Retail Control Number)? Print

When setting up the dezi Scan Data + Loyalty Subscription:

Your RCN can be found in the “FTP Credentials” email sent to you by iriworldwide.com.
Your RCN can also be found if you log in to www.insightsc3m.com. Your AGDC RCN will be displayed in the top left corner as “Account Number”

When enrolled in the dezi Scan Data + Loyalty Subscription:

To view the RCN for your store, open the dezi app and it will be listed in the first box under “Account Details”
