- Forward your Scan Data notice to dezi.support@mkonnektmail.com and request that the files be examined & resubmitted.
- dezi support will review your files, manually resubmit the data, and will send confirmation that this has been completed.
- You can confirm your Scan Data submission in your AGDC Insights
- Go to www.insightsc3m.com.
- Once you log in, on the left side of the screen click on “Scan File Manager”.
- Next click on “View Submitted Files.” The screen will show the Scan Data submission status for each week with an indicator showing “Processing in Progress”, “Complete”, or “Processing Errors.” If status says “Processing Errors” please reach back out to dezi Support.
