If the Retailer is unable to give multipack or loyalty discounts even after updating values in dezi.
Possible Issues:
- Verify the Product UPC of the pack in the Item Inventory. If the merchant has an incorrect UPC rectify it by including the Correct UPC in the Product Code section.
- Verify the Product is set to Fixed Price. If the Product Code in the inventory is Correct but the retailer is unable to give discounts then the major reason for this error is due to the selection of Unit Price or Variable price instead of Selecting Fixed Price in the inventory of that particular item.
- For all Altria products, it should always be on Fixed price Option in order to qualify for discounts.
- Per Unit(not applicable for Altria products or cigarettes) - This indicates the product is sold in units of measurement, (per pound, per gallon, etc.)
Variable (not applicable for Altria products or cigarettes) - This means the price is entered in by the cashier when checking out.
