The retailers state they are stuck on the AVT screen and it does not complete the signup.


The CS will first need to determine if this is the first time they are installing the app or have they uninstalled the app earlier and now reinstalling it.


If re-installing dezi after they uninstalled the app earlier, as dev has to make manual adjustments to the account so the RCN is entered in the program again.


Steps to be followed for dezi being re-installed:

1. Forward the RCN to DEV team.

2. Inform the retailer that we will get back to you shortly with an update.

3. Once DEV team confirms, then call the merchant and follow the steps:

                a. Clear the Cache.

                b. Reboot the device and confirm if it fixed the issue.



If the retailer mentions he is a first time dezi user & is stuck on AVT:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Apps & notifications.

3. Search dezi.

4. Storage & cache.

5. Clear Cache.

6. Reboot the device.
